Front End LOADER Operator

Essential Job Duties: 1. Unload haulers and stage cars for inventory department to inventory. 2. Support dismantling by bringing un-processed cars to dismantle and place vehicle back in the yard. 3. Crush vehicles that have reached their useful life. 4. Maintain Inventory locations and integrity of vehicles placed in the yard. 5. Loads scrap haulers with crushed cars that are ready for final disposal. Supervisory Responsibilities: NONE To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Must have good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well with others. Basic Qualifications (Minimum Required Experience, Education, Knowledge/Skills/Abilities, Essential Physical Demands): Education & Experience: High school education with automotive background and heavy equipment experience. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Would need to gain an understanding on the equipment they are operating with safety and general maintenance in mind. They will also need to get an understanding of our project x inventory system to maintain the vehicle inventory in the yard. Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment: The interior of our loaders is environmentally controlled with a/c and heat. With this being said this is still a very dusty environment. You also need to be very flexible the position requires a lot of body twisting and motion in order to have a clear view of what it is that you are doing. Preferred Qualifications: Previous heavy equipment operating, some computer skills, general maintenance and understanding of mechanical equipment.

Decision Making Examples: Person would need the ability to organize their day to provide the necessary support for all areas of the operation. Exp. Scheduling, inventory decisions, safety and fitness of the equipment that they are operating.

FT / PT Tire Installation Tech

Need someone who can work  PT Weeknights & Sat/Sun. We are growing and need help in our tire shop.  You will be Responsible for Installing, balancing, and mounting auto and light truck tires. Duties include customer service, computer work, and cleaning the shop. Lift 75-100 lbs w/o assist. Experience preferred, but will train. Tobacco-Free, Drug-Free.  Must be able to pass drug tests, background checks and E-verify.
